    Redstar offers partners certain discount based on the total order quantity of a product, the more you buy the better discounted price you will get.

  2. Support for marketing in exhibition and other marketing ways
    Redstar encourages partners to attend the local ICT related exhibitions. Redstar will provide free handout sheets and marketing materials

  3. Direct technical support
    Redstar will assign the special person for him who is in charge of the fast and helpful technical support

  4. Priority to get the Redstar new products information
    Any new products that is to be introduced to the market in a few months , Redstar will inform partners in advance and provide necessary documents , specifications to prepare introducing the product to the market. Those partners will have the priority to sell the new products at a discounted price.

  5. Free to use Redstar logo, certification and product picture in website
    Redstar partners are free to use Redstar logo, certification and product picture on their website and recognized ad Redstar Partner

 

Procedure to become an authorised partner

1. Create or update an account for customers with billing & shipping details here 

2a. For individual ICT professionals - Please email the following documents to accounts[at]redstarafrica.com

  • Copy of professional certificate in a related ICT field
  • Copy of National ID
  • Proof that you are employed in an ICT related company
We will verify if your professional ICT certificates are applicable & upgrade to a partner account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster with special partner pricing based on cash, current cheque , Mpesa , Airtel Money & bank transfer basis only

NB: Individual ICT professionals are not eligable for credit facilities

 2b. For business entities - Please email the following documents to accounts[at]redstarafrica.com

  • Copy of company or business name registration certificate
  • Copy of PIN & VAT number
  • Copy of county council business permit
We will verify if your company is in the ICT Industry & upgrade to a partner account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster with special partner pricing based on cash, current cheque , Mpesa , Airtel Money & bank transfer basis

We will verify if your company is in eligible for credit facility by checking with an authorised credit reference bureau as governed by the Banking  - Credit Reference Bureau Regulations, 2008  This process can take a minimum of 14 days & we shall update your status to partner account with credit facilities if your application is successful.

Please note that any applications which are presented incomplete as per the check list will be rejected
